ECHAM6 T255L199 tuning experiments description (horizontal diffusion)¶

To explore numerical stability issues of high resolved ECHAM6 simulations, series of T255L199 experiments with different combination of parameters for horizontal diffusion has been performed. The table ECHAM6_T255L199_tuning_experiments.pdf summarize parameter settings for these experiments. The tests were run using ECHAM6 source code revision r2032. The simulated period is August 1983.
